Thank you for selecting our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of use outlined below. Please carefully review the following terms and procedures to ensure a clear understanding of the conditions associated with your chosen trip. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through our websites, including but not limited to:
1. Pricing
Our policy ensures competitive pricing, coupled with the convenience of online reservations. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices quoted on our website are per person and do not cover tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodations, room services, or laundry. Published rates may change without prior notice, especially in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as airline ticket price increases, changes in hotel rates, or transport expenses.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and client can also do the Bank transfer on Holiday Planner Bank Account. If Full payment must be made by credit card, bank transfer or any kind of payment mode, The guests are required to provide their payment information to complete the transaction. After confirmation of payment from our accounts further formalities will be done by our team on first priority.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon completing your payment, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip via email. This slip can serve as proof of payment to redeem your tour package with the service provider. Ensure that you have provided accurate travel information at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Clients must review the cancellation policy for the specific tour before booking.
Combo tours can be canceled, but if an individual tour within a combo is canceled, the combo offer is forfeited, and the client will be refunded the remaining amount.
Tourist Visa fees are non-refundable once paid on the Holiday Planner website.
When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you can only enjoy the tours and services listed in the available options.
4.2 No Show
Failure to attend the tour results in no partial or full refunds. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, airport transfers, and other related travel services.
Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed tours.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Before canceling, carefully review the cancellation rules for your tour package. To cancel any part of your reservation, notify Holiday Planner in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide information about the applicable fees. Holiday Planner is not responsible for cancellations not received or confirmed.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Itineraries and services included in your package may change based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. If such changes occur, we will offer suitable alternatives of equal value based on availability. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated before departure. Please note that Holiday Planner & Travels reserves the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. No reimbursement will be provided in cases of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy
If we cannot secure your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide an alternative of similar budget and standard. Check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel, and Holiday Planner & Travels is not responsible for any early or late check-in/check-out requests unfulfilled by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
8. Travel Insurance
Holiday Planner & Travels is not liable for accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to address unforeseen events.
9. Travel Documents
Every guest is responsible for carrying the necessary documents for their tour, including a passport or valid ID card. This is especially important for international travelers. No refunds will be issued for lost or missing documents. Additionally, passengers of all nationalities should consult their respective consulate for entry requirements, visa and health requirements, which may change without notice.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant content, is the property of Holiday Planner and Travels. As a condition of using this website, you agree not to use its content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
